Anhui Kangrong Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. was established in 2021 with a singular mission: to make high-quality generic medicines accessible to everyone.

With a Beijing-based research centre, Kangrong Pharmaceuticals brings together research and development, manufacturing and distribution, working to global standards across its generic medicines portfolio. Our Beijing-based research centre is led by pharmaceutical experts with 20 years of experience in generic formulation and analytical science. Each product is developed through rigorous research, supported by scientists and pharmacists across our team.

At our manufacturing facility in Bozhou, Anhui — known as the Medicine Capital of China — our team works in controlled, environmentally conscious production spaces.

Production at scale

Our approximately 12,000 m² production base features more than 30 pieces of formulation research equipment, including freeze dryers, tablet presses, fluidised beds and high-pressure homogenisers.

Selection of products

Our production lines are capable of manufacturing oral solutions, oral drops, oral suspensions, eye drops and other products.

Quality assurance

Our products meet NMPA regulatory requirements under the guidance of experienced QA and QC teams, while our R&D is benchmarked against global standards.

Kangrong’s Executive Team at CPHI Milan

The executive team of Kangrong Pharmaceuticals attended the CPHI 2026 in Milan earlier this month from 6th October to 8th October. CPHI is the largest pharmaceutical ingredients and technology exhibition held in the world, with 2,400+ exhibiting companies from 160+ countries at this year’s event. Attending exhibitors include experts from areas including API, generic finished product, CMO/CDMO, logistics, and innovative solutions. Whilst in attendance, Kangrong Pharmaceutical’s executive team conversed with numerous industry experts with knowledge in import/export, CMO, API manufacturing, and more. The main goal of the visit is to expand Kangrong’s reach, as well as understand current trends and challenges in the broader community. In the coming years, we are excited to explore opportunities that would allow us to introduce Kangrong’s portfolio to key players around the world.

Strengthening Industry-Academia Collaboration: Tour with Students from Bozhou University School of Pharmacy

To further strengthen university–industry collaboration, promote the integration of education and industry, support the development of pharmaceutical professionals, and provide a platform connecting academic learning with industry practice, approximately 160 faculty members and students from the Pharmacy Program of Bozhou University visited our company in two groups on May 28 and June 23, 2026. To ensure that the visits were conducted safely, efficiently, and in an orderly manner, our Human Resources & Administration Department, Production Department, Quality Department, and other relevant teams worked closely together to make comprehensive preparations in advance. These included safety inspections of the facility, planning of visitor routes, coordination of guides, and access control for clean production areas. During the visits, department representatives provided detailed introductions to our production safety management systems, modern pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, and Quality Control (QC) procedures. Faculty members and students toured key areas of the company, including the clean production workshops and quality control laboratories, gaining first-hand insight into the standardized, regulated, and highly refined operations of a modern pharmaceutical company. Through this on-site learning experience, the visiting faculty and students gained a more comprehensive understanding of the entire pharmaceutical manufacturing process and the stringent quality and safety requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. The visit also helped reinforce their theoretical knowledge while providing a closer look at our rigorous quality management system and standardized corporate operations. At the same time, this university–industry exchange provided an opportunity to showcase our professional corporate culture, well-managed production environment, and established talent development system. It further strengthened the foundation for cooperation between the university and our company while enhancing our corporate presence and industry engagement. Going forward, Kangrong Pharmaceutical will continue to deepen university–industry collaboration in talent development and regularly carry out cooperative programs such as student visits, industry orientation programs, internships, and employment-related practical training. We remain committed to fulfilling our corporate social responsibility and contributing to the development of highly skilled professionals for the pharmaceutical industry. Tigecycline for Injection Approved by the NMPA

Beijing Rongying Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. has received the Drug Registration Certificate for Tigecycline for Injection issued by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA), with the drug approval number NMPA Approval No. H20265029 . Rongying Pharmaceutical is the R&D centre of Kangrong Pharmaceutical. Tigecycline for Injection , available in a 50 mg strength, is indicated for the treatment of patients aged 18 years and older with complicated intra-abdominal infections caused by susceptible bacteria, including Citrobacter freundii , Escherichia coli , and Bacteroides fragilis ; complicated skin and soft tissue infections, including those caused by methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA); and community-acquired bacterial pneumonia. This is Kangrong Pharmaceuticals’ second injection product approved by the NMPA; the first injection product, Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride and Sodium Chloride injection, was approved in 2024.
